Our signature restaurant is a celebration of Britain's finest seasonal produce, interpreted through the lens of contemporary fine dining. Head Chef Marcus Elliot and his team create dishes of extraordinary refinement — compositions that honour tradition while embracing culinary innovation.

The room itself is breathtaking: floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the formal gardens, candlelit tables clothed in the finest Irish linen, and silverware that catches the glow of period chandeliers. Dinner at The Cotswold Table is an occasion.

For a more relaxed dining experience, The Orchard Brasserie offers all-day menus rooted in comfort and quality. From an indulgent full English breakfast with Gloucestershire-sourced ingredients to afternoon tea with our patissier's finest creations, the Brasserie is a place to linger.

Lunches feature an evolving seasonal menu of British classics reimagined — ploughman's platters assembled from artisan producers within 30 miles of the resort, soups made daily from kitchen garden vegetables, and roasts that have become legendary among our regular guests.

The Velvet Bar houses one of the most remarkable collections of Scotch whisky outside of Scotland — over 180 expressions spanning Speyside, Highland, Islay and beyond. Our bar team are certified whisky specialists who take genuine pleasure in guiding guests through extraordinary tastings.

Beyond whisky, our cocktail programme changes seasonally, with each menu inspired by a different facet of the British landscape. Rare cognacs, vintage ports and an exceptional selection of craft gins from English distilleries complete the offering.
